We monitor the process of transfer from signature of the agreement of sale to the registration of the property. Once we have received the Agreement of Sale of the property and all suspensive Conditions being met, we will require the relevant FICA documents from both Purchaser and Seller.

Eugene Peyper was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1993 and as a notary in 1994. He commenced practising for his own account in 1998 in Randburg and moved office to Bryanston in 2004.

He holds a B.Com and LL.B degree and completed his Master's degree in Estate Planning in 2014.

He specialises in all aspects relating to conveyancing including the registration of transfers and mortgage bonds.
